LORD Willing… A Brief Note and Update

“Come now, you who say, ‘Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business, and make a profit.’ You do not even know what will happen tomorrow! What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, ‘If the Lord is willing, we will live and do this or that.’ As it is, you boast in your proud intentions. All such boasting is evil. Anyone, then, who knows the right thing to do, yet fails to do it, is guilty of sin.”

James 4:13-17 | Proverbs 27

Without a doubt the words from James chapter four are extremely familiar in my family, “If the Lord is willing...” I will keep this brief – Lord willing! (Sorry, had to say it.) Seriously though –

Ever since the plandemic was in full swing, as for many of you, work plans were drastically altered. I had a good job, home almost every Friday through Sunday, and was able to provide. However, things changed. I now find myself near 51 years old and having to travel extensively just to provide for the family (so much more could be said why here, but I will save that for personal discussions).

Currently I am working two contracts simultaneously – nearly sixty straight days, with 6 nights of call per week. Please hear me, I am NOT boasting on this at all, rather, I am so very thankful (more than I can express) for the grace, mercy, resolve and power of God’s working in and through my life, especially during these times. He is to be boasted upon! He has provided for my family when the times seem darker than ever, more costly than ever and when so many are going with out work, home, or hope.

Is there work to be done? Absolutely. Never forget, the open doors, ability and power to do work are His, yet, the duty and responsibility to respond and act is mine.

So why the, “Lord willing“? Simple, He has taught me over the last 22 years, if it should not be for His will, I would not have a heart beat, my lungs would cease to fill with oxygen, my mind could not function, and there is no way I could provide for a larger family, with a single income, all the things needed to live in and under His providence today. But how merciful, how gracious, how beautiful is His faithfulness – always and regardless.

I wanted to keep this brief, so let me say a few last words. All praise, glory and honor is my dear Lord and Savior’s alone!

Though the fig tree should not blossom,
    nor fruit be on the vines,
the produce of the olive fail
    and the fields yield no food,
the flock be cut off from the fold
    and there be no herd in the stalls,
yet I will rejoice in the Lord;
    I will take joy in the God of my salvation.
God, the Lord, is my strength;
    he makes my feet like the deer’s;
    he makes me tread on my high places.

Happy Memorial Day 2023. Be sure to get your FREE downloadable E-book of the “Memoirs of C.B. Strang: Blacksmith and WWI Veteran.” Also be sure to check out and sign up for my healthcare travel blog and be sure to learn more about what THEY (media and hospitals) are not telling you about the true science and history of healthcare in America. Absolutely watch Dr. David E. Martin (May 2023) give a 20 minute outline of the TRUE HISTORY and SCIENCE behind the Coronavirus 1965 (DARPA bio-weapen).

“If you’re not willing to tell your friends the truth, then you are no friend to your friends. The costs are irrelevant if love is guiding your motivations, actions, and verbiage. Is this easy and comfortable? No. However, if we have true hope, then what are we afraid of losing? So, fear not; speak up now!”
